🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return/replacement only if:

  • Product is damaged or leaked at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or defective
  • Packaging is tampered or open

📌 Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product is used or partially consumed
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Wrong order placed by customer
  • Complaint raised after 24 hours
  • Product is opened without valid issue
