At Durva, we are committed to delivering high-quality and fresh food products. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are provided only in genuine cases where quality or delivery issues are verified.


✅ Refund Eligibility

Refund will be applicable only if:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or defective
  • Package is tampered or opened before delivery

📌 Refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery


❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will NOT be provided if:

  • Product is used or partially consumed
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Complaint raised after 24 hours
  • Product opened without valid issue

    • Product images/video
    • Issue description
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

⏱️ Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • Time for amount to reflect depends on payment method

💳 Refund Mode

Refund will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
  • Or bank transfer / wallet (if applicable)

🔄 Replacement Priority

  • In most cases, we prefer replacement over refund
  • If replacement is not possible, refund will be issued

  • Natural variation in food products is normal and not considered a defect
